My Background

My background isn’t in theory — it’s in the work. I spent 7 years as CMO and co-founder of Carpe Diem Tours, building the business from the inside out — operations, marketing, systems, guest experience, all of it. That operator perspective shapes everything I do. In 2019 I founded Create Circus, a Shopify and marketing agency, adding e-commerce and digital growth to my toolkit. Today I bring
both worlds together — the operator instinct and the marketer’s eye.

I speak at leading industry events, including Arival, and write and research topics at the forefront of AI, social commerce, discoverability, and distribution. If it’s changing how travel brands grow, I’m paying attention. Away from the work, I’m a committed culinary tourist. You’ll find me on a food tour in pretty much any city I land in, because the best way to understand a destination is through the people who feed it.
